Dispatching
Dispatching
Bistun Kavir Yazd dispatching system carry out required processes according to online data received from machinery. This system uses an optimization algorithm to meet related purposes, such as grade control, reducing waiting time for shovel and truck, increasing production and decreasing operation costs.
Truck queue in loading and unloading areas can increase the costs and decrease productivity. On the other hand, idle time for loaders leads to waste of time and income. Dispatching software provides instant truck allocation, which results in the reduction of the truck queue and loaders’ idle time.
In this system, all mining constraints have been taken into accounts such as crusher feed, heterogeneous fleet (difference in the capacity of trucks and shovels), and equipment breakdowns.
Route Management
Fixed allocation
By using fix allocation, it is possible to assign a fixed number of trucks to each loader. In this situation, the number of trucks works with each loader may not change. Allocation pattern can be altered in case of loader breakdown or change in operation plan. In this part of the program, allocations are demonstrated schematically, and therefore, trucks’ location can be identified at a glance.
Flexible allocation
Dynamic allocation system assigns trucks to loaders based on the production plan and based on optimization purposes, including reducing waiting time for trucks and loaders, increasing production and decreasing operation costs. Moreover, the constraints considered in allocation procedure are grade control, loader capacity, cycle times and other operating parameters.
